Academic Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate in Computer Science or relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Experience:
The individual should have 3-5 years experience as an IT Associate / IT Support staff in an organization.
Competencies:
Clear understanding of SQL database administration – installation & troubleshooting, Experience with accounting software, Operating System installation & troubleshooting, Software Management, Windows Active Directory configuration, File Server Management, Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop, laptop, Printer, Scanner, Copier etc.), CCTV and punch card reader troubleshooting and any other IT jobs that might require attention.
He / she will be required to manage software specifically developed for the company, work closely with users to solve any issues and have good communication skills.
